Clean Streets. Smart Routes. Zero Waste.

We're building a tech-powered circular waste ecosystem — starting in Lagos, designed from day one to scale. GreenCycle is preparing to turn everyday waste into recovered resources and cleaner neighbourhoods.

✓ Lagos-focused from day one
✓ Building for regulatory compliance
✓ Recovery-first, not landfill-first
✓ Haulage & equipment leasing included

Why GreenCycle exists

Lagos generates an estimated 13,000–15,000 metric tonnes of municipal waste every day. Without efficient infrastructure, that waste chokes drainage channels, pollutes waterways, and overwhelms landfills. GreenCycle was founded to change that — bridging smart technology, licensed fleet operations, and circular recycling so that every kilogram collected is safely evacuated, accurately tracked, and processed for a cleaner tomorrow.

OUR VISION

To become a leading smart waste management and resource-recovery operator, starting in Lagos, with the technology and processes to grow into a cleaner, circular model for cities across the region.

OUR MISSION

To reduce illegal dumping and landfill overreliance by combining smart logistics, community-driven recycling, and reliable waste evacuation — giving residents and businesses seamless service while turning municipal waste into real economic value.

BENCHMARKS WE'RE BUILDING AGAINST

The scale of the problem — and our targets

13,000+

Tonnes of daily waste in Lagos

Lagos generates an estimated 13,000–15,000 metric tonnes of municipal waste daily. This is the scale GreenCycle is building to serve.

80%+

Diversion target

Our goal once operational: divert plastics, paper, and organics away from open dumps and into recovery, not landfill.

Zero-spill

Fleet design standard

We're designing around sealed hydraulics and GPS-tracked routing from the start, to operate without direct environmental spill.

Our core goals

Smart & Predictable Evacuation

Target: eliminate uncollected waste backlogs in the areas we serve.

Optimised route planning, GPS-monitored compactor fleets, and real-time scheduling so collection windows are never missed.

Circular Economy & Resource Recovery

Target: divert recyclable materials from landfill every month.

Sorting and recovering plastics, paper, cardboard, and organics, routed to industrial processors as raw material.

Scalable Regional Expansion

Target: expand from our Lagos base to other urban hubs over time.

A modular operating model built to partner with municipal regulators and PSP operators wherever we expand next.

Community Empowerment & Clean Neighbourhoods

Target: reduce illegal street dumping and unaccredited cart-pushing.

Affordable, transparent, compliant disposal — with digital billing and recycling incentives for residents.
